Ukrainian Professional Fireproof Cable Tray Company

Several Ukrainian companies manufacture fire-resistant cable trays and related electrical installation systems, including Interkabel Kyiv, Ukrpozhcabel, and specialized tray producers. Key Manufacturers1. Interkabel Kyiv Interkabel Kyiv is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of fire-resistant cables and related products.

While primarily known for fire-resistant halogen-free cables, their production capabilities include solutions for industrial and infrastructural projects, which often integrate with cable tray systems for safe routing in tunnels, subways, airports, and power plants. Their products comply with international standards such as GOST, IEC, VDE, and DSTU 4809: 2007, ensuring high fire safety performance. 2.

Ukrpozhcabel LL

C Ukrpozhcabel specializes in fire-resistant cables designed to maintain power supply to critical systems during fire events, such as smoke removal, warning, and evacuation systems. While their focus is on cables, they provide consultation and integration services that include cable tray solutions for administrative, industrial, and housing construction projects. Their products meet Ukrainian GOST standards and technical regulations for low-voltage electrical equipment.

3. Galvanized Cable Tray Manufacturers Companies producing galvanized metal cable trays in Ukraine offer fire-resistant solutions capable of withstanding fire exposure for up to 30 minutes. These trays are designed for open cable installations with voltages up to 1000V and are widely used in civil and industrial buildings, including shopping malls, exhibition halls, and administrative facilities.

The trays are made from cold-rolled steel, hot-galvanized, and include accessories such as lids, corners, connectors, and brackets to ensure safe and durable cable routing. 4. Distributors and Suppliers Suppliers like Ensytec provide access to cable trays from international brands such as Baks, Stilma, and Gersan, which are distributed in Ukraine.

These distributors can supply fire-resistant or galvanized cable trays suitable for large-scale projects, offering logistical support and integration with other electrical installation components.

Considerations for Selection

Fire Resistance: Ensure the tray system is rated for the required fire duration (e.g., 30 minutes or more). Material and Coating: Galvanized steel or other fire-resistant materials improve durability and safety. Compliance: Verify compliance with Ukrainian standards (GOST, DSTU) and international standards (IEC, VDE) if needed for export or multinational projects.

Integration: Consider suppliers that provide both cables and trays for seamless installation and fire safety compliance. These manufacturers and suppliers provide a range of fire-resistant cable tray solutions suitable for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects in Ukraine and neighboring regions.
