Egypt Fireproof Cable Tray Price Quote

The cost of fireproof cable trays in Egypt varies widely depending on material, design, and dimensions, typically ranging from EGP 500 to EGP 1,500 per meter, with exact pricing available from suppliers upon request.

Factors Affecting Price

Material: Fireproof cable trays are often made from galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, with fire-resistant coatings. Stainless steel and aluminum trays generally cost more due to higher durability and corrosion resistance. Tray Type and Design: Ladder, perforated, ventilated, or solid-bottom trays influence cost.

Ladder-type trays are common for industrial use, while solid-bottom trays may be preferred for fireproof applications. Dimensions and Thickness: Tray width, side height, and sheet metal thickness (typically 0. 8 mm to 2 mm) significantly affect pricing.

Larger or thicker trays designed to support heavier cable loads are more expensive. Accessories and Installation: Covers, connectors, bends, risers, and mounting methods (wall, ceiling, or floor) add to the total cost. Brand and Quality: Reputable suppliers like United Engineers, MetalEgypt, and Elsewedy provide certified fireproof trays, which may cost more but ensure safety and compliance with standards.

Estimated Price Range

Per meter: EGP 500–1,500 depending on material, type, and fireproof rating. Fittings and accessories: Typically priced per piece, ranging from EGP 50–300 per unit depending on complexity.
