The ZBW-type prefabricated substation is a complete distribution unit designed for urban, industrial, and infrastructure applications in Samoa. It combines high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformers, low-voltage switchgear, electric energy metering devices, and power factor compensation devices into one or multiple boxes according to specific wiring schemes, making it suitable for centralized or decentralized power distribution points.

Transformer rated capacity: 50 kVA to 1600 kVA, supporting a wide range of load requirements. Rated frequency: 50 Hz, compatible with Samoa's standard grid frequency. Protection level: IP23D, ensuring safety against dust and water ingress.

Structural features: Welded channel steel base frame for high strength and rigidity; enclosure made of composite materials with strong radiation resistance to reduce solar heat impact.
