Vanuatu Fireproof Cable Tray Models and Prices

Fireproof and flame-retardant cable trays in Vanuatu are available from multiple suppliers, with prices starting as low as $1 per unit for fiberglass trays, while heavy-duty and fire-rated steel or aluminum trays vary based on material, size, and fire rating.

Price Overview

Fiberglass Flame-

Retardant Trays: Entry-level fiberglass trays suitable for general fire protection start at around $1 per unit, ideal for wholesalers and distributors seeking bulk deals.

Fire-

Rated Steel or Aluminum Trays: Heavy-duty trays with powder-coated aluminum, galvanized steel, or stainless steel construction typically cost more, depending on length, width, load capacity, and fire rating. For example, NewReach fire-rated trays feature 3-meter lengths, 150mm laying width, and 10kg/m load rating, with fire resistance up to 1050°C for 2 hours.

Fire-

Resistant Board Core Trays: Advanced trays with 5–12 mm fireproof cores provide 60-minute fire resistance (N1 rating) and enhanced heat insulation. Prices vary with customization options such as color, arc-shaped design, or teardrop-shaped sides for cable protection.

Supplier Options

Local and International Suppliers: Verified suppliers and importers in Vanuatu can be found through B2B marketplaces, offering bulk purchase options and direct contact with manufacturers. Material and Design Variations: Options include ladder trays, perforated trays, and covered trays, each designed for specific industrial, commercial, or architectural needs. Ladder trays are suitable for heavy or large-diameter cables, while perforated trays improve ventilation and reduce overheating.

Considerations for Procurement

Fire Rating Compliance: Ensure trays meet ISO 834-1, EN 1363-1, DIN 4102-12, or AS/NZS 3013: 2005 standards for fire safety. Load Capacity and Span: Choose trays based on cable weight and installation span to prevent sagging or collapse. Installation Efficiency: Prefabricated designs, arc-shaped trays, and modular systems reduce on-site labor and improve safety.

For accurate pricing, it is recommended to contact suppliers directly to obtain quotes based on quantity, material, fire rating, and delivery to Vanuatu. This approach ensures the best value while meeting local fire safety requirements.
